not so good

I went to sleep last night in the midst of an onslaught of on and off headaches on the left side of my brain. Fortunately, despite the pain, I was able to sleep, although not as deeply as I wanted.
.
I haven’t been having enough rest recently. My body got used to getting 6 hours of sleep last January, especially because there wasn’t really much to do aside from read read and read. Unfortunately, the readings are getting thicker and thicker as the love month approaches it’s Zenith on February 14th and will culminate to two exams on my birthday the 15th.
.
I also have an exam this Monday and another set for next Tuesday and Thursday. Unfortunately, these are days when I go to the gym. SO I dunno if it’s going to affect my gym drive.
.
Anyway, thinking too much about exams, not to mention the other stuff I have to worry about (my life doesn’t revolve around studies) makes my tolerance for pain decrease, which is in turn a bad thing because there seems to be an increase instance of pain during these times of stress.
.
Fortunately, there is badminton. yes badminton, the stress reliever and the frustration venter that happens almost everyday at the Yakal Lawn a.k.a. the ALCHEMES lawn.
.
It is where alchemists vent their anger on an innocent shuttlecock whose only sin was to be the few grams of plastic from the millions of liters of petrochemicals processed in the Philippines to be turned into a recreational product.
.
Well I like badminton because of that. And aside from venting anger, it is also a good source of endorphins for the otherwise academically slave driven students of our org.
.
*not to self bring your own badminton racket on monday.
.
that’s all for now
