I read this article the skinny on coffee off msn.com and found the hidden horrors in my favorite drink.

Order this: A Venti (24 ounce) Starbucks caramel macchiato made with whole milk.
And you’ll drink this: 380 calories, 15 grams fat, 9 grams saturated fat and 46 grams carbohydrates.
Add some “whip” and you’ll drink this: 510 calories, 27 grams fat, 15 grams saturated fat and 48 grams carbohydrates.
Order the same drink, but ask for skim milk and skip the whip and you’ll drink this: 280 calories, 1 gram fat, 0.5 gram saturated fat and 49 grams carbohydrates.

Actually, I’d rather order a latte or a cappuccino with skim milk and no sugar and *gasp* no whipped cream so I could at least lose the guilt. Nyahahaha look out Starbucks Araneta ave. cor. Q. ave. nyahahaha I’m on a freakin’ diet!
