I’m betrothed!!!!
It’s the first of November, all saints day, and I didn’t go to the cemetery, frankly I don’t think that you have to visit someone’s remains to commemorate their life, (not death) you can remember a loved one just as easily at home, it doesn’t matter where as long as its sincere. Now that I’ve defended myself from possible reprimands regarding my lack of attendance at the cemetery, on with the post!

Last Sunday, the 30th of October was the day I came back to UP, to, uhm walk, for fitness, coz I can’t jog too far. Anyway I was with a friend, whom I haven’t been with for a long time, and we caught up on the latest news. It was quite fun, even though we went home exhausted. We walked about 3 ½ times around the Acad oval and went to SM at around
9:30 am
then ate breakfast and shopped until
12 pm
.
.
In the course of our walk, we agreed to meet regularly at the gym when school resumes. Yay! I’ve wanted to work out, but haven’t really got the chance to really it. It’s pretty boring doing it on your own.

So I got home slept till
7pm
ate dinner and went online. Later at about or so, I talked to
Mich
and Berns, both high school friends, and Berns, shared y’know about his love life and all, and I shared all the mushiness that I dared to share.
.
Well we were at the point when we’re talking about how hard it is to be in love yadi yadi yada. Both Berns and I were, well, lovestruck, while
mich
hasn’t been struck yet. And we all kinda agreed that we we’re probably the most love unlucky people in the world.

And during our, “heart to heart” talk, we all agreed to marry each other if we turn forty and are still unmarried.
.
It was sort of like what Phoebe and Joey of the sitcom “Friends” agreed to do on the show. I proposed it to them as a joke, thinking they’d say I was crazy or something but they totally agreed. Hahaha at least even if I’m so unlucky in love, I’ll expect to get married, even if I am already forty, that is of course assuming Berns is still unmarried.

The downside is, if both I and
Mich
are unmarried at the age of forty we’ll all have to be converted to Islam so that Berns can be bigamous.

I went to sleep because I had an outing the next, day, me and my childhood friends were going to Bulacan because it’s my cousin’s birthday. Yes, we went swimming on the 31st of October.
.
It was actually a recognizable moment, because it was the first time that all the girls in my “home barkada” went on an outing without our guy friends. It’s usually either the whole barkada out swimming, or a boys only swimming.
.
We actually thought going outing without the boys would be dull, but it actually wasn’t. We had more fun than when we were with the guys, and we got to do everything we wanted without them “disciplining” us. Boys, what do they know?
.
And it was extremely fun seeing their faces when we arrived that afternoon, as if they themselves couldn’t believe that we actually went out without them. Ha! In your faces!
Well my “guy friends” have a knack for keeping to themselves the fun. Drinking marathons, basketball games, outings, you name it, they try to keep us out of it, some friends huh? They say girls are conflict madness, and they can’t hit on other girls with us around. It’s a good thing the barkada got divided into the boys and girls when it did.

Hehehe at least I know I have really good friends who’ll agree to marry me just so I wont be an old maid. Hehehe, Go Berns!
